The engineers and planners at McNally, Doolittle Engineering work closely with our clients and clients’ architects in developing initial concept site plans for proposed development projects. In this critical beginning stage of project planning key site development issues are examined, alternatives are weighed and an overall project concept plan is developed. The concept plan is useful rezoning applications or from a commercial standpoint is useful in pre-leasing agreements with prospective tenants. The concept plan allows the planner, the project architect or potential tenants/users to modify or revise the overall plan prior to the detailed engineering plans being developed.
