These services are available for projects ranging from single-family home additions to large commercial and industrial developments in both New Jersey and New York. Surveying services are also available on a stand-alone basis for any size project.
In addition to boundary surveys and construction stakeout, the personnel at McNally, Doolittle Engineering are experienced at performing ALTA/ACSM surveys, topographic surveys, subdivisions, wetlands location, and preparing FEMA elevation certificates and NJDEP monitoring well Form Bs.
As part of McNally, Doolittle Engineering’s continuing commitment to excellence, survey work is performed by experienced full-time field crews using the latest field equipment, including reflectorless and robotic total stations and touch screen Windows-based hand-held field computers.
Depending on the needs of the client, McNally, Doolittle Engineering can provide paper plans and reports or electronic drawing files and associated documents in formats ranging from Adobe® PDF to AutoCAD® DWG. Final products are reviewed by personnel with over 25 years of experience before they are released to the client.
McNally, Doolittle Engineering, LLC is now offering Electronic Letters of Map Amendments (eLOMA) . An eLOMA document will serve the same functions as a standard LOMA. The only difference between the two is that the online determination is made automatically with standards checks instead of the lengthier manual review used in traditional LOMA processing.
