About Our Company and Our Associates |
- McNally, Doolittle Engineering, LLC Partnership
McNally, Doolittle Engineering, LLC became a partnership between Michael McNally, president and founder of the company and four of the senior associates in the year 2005.
John Galdi, Matthew A. Greco, James J. Nieradka, and Douglas W. Doolittle are the partners of the company. This group of highly experienced and enthusiastic professionals has provided McNally, Doolittle Engineering with innovation and dynamics adding energy to our growing momentum.
- Michael McNally gives back to the community
Michael McNally has spent a lot of time back at school – the Oakland Valley Middle School. He spends time there working as an Engineering Mentor with a group of 7th and 8th grade students as part of the National Engineers Week-Future Cities Design Contest. For two successive years, one of Valley Middle School’s three student teams have claimed first place at the New York Regional Championship. That first prize credential alone, among other things, earns each of them a $20,000 scholarship to Brooklyn Polytechnic University.
Mike McNally who worked with the students both during and after school hours for three months leading up top the competition said, “Giving back something in this way to the community is much more than a professional responsibility to me. It is a profound joy. In my heart and my mind, it’s the extra that makes all the work and effort worthwhile. Our Oakland kids are not only terrific to know and work with, but they are our shining hope for the future.”
- John Galdi, Director of Environmental Services for McNally, Doolittle Engineering Named to NJDEP Subcommittee
It might not be the most glamorous work in the world, but as John Galdi says, “someone has to do it and it means something to have people on the subcommittee who are charged with drafting the new regulations on septic system inspections who know something about it in the first place.”
This subcommittee is an extension of the Septic Regulation Committee of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. The regulations on inspections have an effect on most of the homeowners in the State of New Jersey.
Galdi’s 25 years of experience in the field and his 20 years of experience on the regulatory side made his appointment a natural.
While it is another example of how the McNally, Doolittle Engineering firm gives back to the community, it also bears witness to McNally, Doolittle Engineering’s credentials in grappling with septic problems and issues.
That is why they have been as established as the “go to” engineering firm for homeowners who have septic concerns. “Because we provide the best services, the word of mouth referrals we have had is tremendous,” said Galdi.
